i think you'll have to go the other way 'round: exporting Jamstix composition as midi data into your DAW, and apply your groove feel to this midi data

<t>simple answer: yes you only need 1 instance for jamstix + jamcussion. <br/>

They have separated brain controls and bar editors, but everything is there in 1 instance, you simply switch between drummer & percussionists by clicking the appropriate icon in the top area of the main window.</t>

bugs confirmed here.

Noticed an error in the jamcussion manual, page 4: "if you hold the [b:b579db20f3]CTRL [/b:b579db20f3]key while clicking the icons, you can mute that aspect of the performance": it should read "if you hold the [b:b579db20f3]SHIFT[/b:b579db20f3] key ..."
