Current Beta was released in October 2021. Almost a year later and no official release yet.
Would be very disappointing if Jamstix has been abandoned by the developer.

I think I solved it!:P
I disabled the Start Crash, End Crash and No Groove options of the particular bar and the rogue Crash cymbal disappeared.
It helps sometimes to click on things randomly hehe!
