Good question, especially since High Sierra just today started warning of the impending death of 32-bit apps...

It doesn't show up as available in the list anymore.

I excitedly grabbed the new release for Mac, and got it installed. When I brought up GarageBand and added the instrument, just a blank container box came up - with the correct size but no GUI.

It works as expected in Reaper64, both VSTi and AUi versions. The beta worked too.

If we were on the beta team, do we just use JamstixManager as before or do we have to request an email?

Are all of the sounds associated with my account in the list?

I know you won't give an answer to the delivery date thing, too many developers have been stung by that one, but have you considered the points by heyjohn above? Especially with #7. Do they seem helpful at all?
